🚙 BR | Dirigindo Congonhas MG ➜ Belo Horizonte MG | 2020-08-23 | POV Driving V-00096D

No vídeo de hoje iremos dirigir mais uma vez pela Rodovia BR-040 no percurso entre a cidade de Congonhas MG e Belo Horizonte MG. 

Antes de iniciarmos o trajeto, vamos primeiro fazer um pequeno passeio pelas ruas da cidade de Congonhas MG. 

Também conhecida como a “Cidade dos Profetas”, Congonhas teve origem em 1757 quando foi fundado o Santuário de Bom Jesus de Matosinhos, por Feliciano Mendes, de Guimarães, nascido em Portugal. 

Inicialmente era apenas uma modesta cruz e oratório. Até o ano de 1948, a cidade chamava-se Conconhas do Campo. 

Encontra-se na cidade de Congonhas MG, obras do escultor, entalhador e arquiteto da época do Brasil colonial, Antônio Francisco Lisboa, o Aleijadinho. 

Nascido em Ouro Preto MG no ano de 1730 ou, mais provavelmente no ano de 1738, pouco se sabe com certeza sobre sua biografia, que permanece até hoje envolta em lenda e controvérsia, tornando-se muito difícil o trabalho de pesquisa sobre o mesmo.

In today's video, we will drive once again on Highway BR-040 on the route between the city of Congonhas MG and Belo Horizonte MG.
